Lisa Ellis

Lisa Ellis, PHR has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Lisa started their career at Syracuse China, where they were responsible for employee relations, contract administration, staffing, and recruitment. Lisa also interacted with union officials on labor issues and grievance resolution. After that, Lisa joined Entergy, where they provided support in various areas of HR such as staffing, salary administration, performance planning, and legal compliance. Most recently, Lisa served as the Human Resources Director at Consolidated Precision Products Corp., overseeing three manufacturing sites and ensuring legal compliance with labor laws and regulations. Lisa also provided strategic advice to the management team and contributed to cost savings.

Lisa Ellis, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources from the State University of New York at Oswego. Additionally, Lisa has obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
