Roland Ginalski

Roland Ginalski is a highly experienced Lead Engineer at Consolidated Precision Products Corp, with a career spanning over a decade. Previously, Roland served as a Senior Product Engineer and Product Engineer, focusing on yield improvement, new parts development, and dimensional analysis. At Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów, Roland's expertise included heat treatment and casting process development, where significant achievements included winning the UTC competition for process improvement and developing innovative methods for key process parameter control.
