Vivien Guiraud

Vivien Guiraud is an experienced professional currently serving as the Responsable Commercial for the ABM brand within Consolis, focusing on railway activities in France since November 2015. Prior to this role, Vivien was the Plant Production Director and Project Manager, overseeing a plant with 1000 employees, where responsibilities included the management and enhancement of production processes, logistics, and the implementation of Lean methodology and ERP systems. Vivien's earlier experience includes working as a Production Engineer at Bonna Sabla from September 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing production lines, planning, inventory management, and leading major investment projects for new production installations. Vivien holds a Master of Science in General and Mechanical Engineering from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, obtained in 2012.
