Waleed Moustafa

Waleed Moustafa is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in developing and implementing HR strategies and practices. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Communication Director at ECPC by Consolis since January 2023, Waleed focuses on aligning HR activities with organizational goals. Previously, Waleed held various leadership roles within Bel from 2008 to 2022, including Country Human Resources Senior Manager and Human Resources Manager for NEAR Operations, where responsibilities included strategic partnership with management, talent development, and compliance with labor market demands. Waleed's career began with positions at HSA Group and Hindawi Publishing Corporation, laying a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Cairo University.
