Adam Crafts has a diverse work experience in engineering. Adam started as an Engineering Intern at the Oregon Department of Transportation in 1997, where they worked as a construction inspector on major projects. In 1999, they interned at Freightliner, assisting with environmental reports and waste water treatment facility improvements. In 2000, they were an Engineering Intern at LSI Logic, where they assisted with waste water treatment expansion projects. Adam then joined Wallis Engineering in 2001 as a Senior Project Manager, leading a team on various infrastructure projects. In 2016, they became a Principal Engineer and Project Manager at Murraysmith, which was later acquired by CONSOR Engineers, and they continue their role there.
