Bill Adams

Bill has more than 30 years of experience in various project management positions. A graduate of Clemson University’s civil engineering program, he has been engaged in construction management since 1987 and has served as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager on many different projects. Bill founded and served as Principal of Johnson-Adams & Associates. In addition to his outstanding management skills, he is highly skilled in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and developed CPM training for the Florida DOT. His knowledge of construction activities and operations is enhanced by his prior experience working with road, bridge, and commercial contractors. As an Area Manager, he leads the firms CEI efforts on Florida’s west coast and serves as Senior Project Engineer on several FDOT projects.
