James Felan

James Felan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. James began their career as a Peer Tutor at The University of Texas at Austin in 2002, where they provided academic support to students. In 2005, James joined the Texas Department of Transportation as a Reviewer, responsible for reviewing various structural engineering projects. James later transitioned into the role of Inspector in 2007, conducting inspections of bridges and other transportation infrastructure. In 2013, James progressed to the position of Structural Engineer at the same company, where they contributed to bridge design projects, including prestressed concrete and reinforced concrete box culvert design. James also conducted routine bridge inspections and performed load rating analysis. James' most recent role is as a Senior Bridge Engineer at CONSOR Engineers, where they currently work.
