James Felan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. James began their career as a Peer Tutor at The University of Texas at Austin in 2002, where they provided academic support to students. In 2005, James joined the Texas Department of Transportation as a Reviewer, responsible for reviewing various structural engineering projects. James later transitioned into the role of Inspector in 2007, conducting inspections of bridges and other transportation infrastructure.
