Jess Dallas (She/Her)

Jess Dallas, SHRM-CP, has over 10 years of experience in various human resources roles. Jess is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CONSOR Engineers, where they provide HR support. Prior to this, they worked at Kleinschmidt Associates as a Human Resources Generalist & HRBP, partnering with leadership in support of over 200 employees across multiple locations. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Fortis Construction, Inc., supporting multiple sites and handling employee relations issues. Jess also worked at HDR INC as a Sr. Human Resources Representative, where they managed employee relations and conducted new hire orientation, and as a Human Resources Representative, where they facilitated the new hire onboarding process and managed the local internship program. Early in their career, they worked at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a Development Manager, handling various responsibilities related to volunteer and event management. Jess also worked at Dish Network as a Human Resources Regional Recruiting Coordinator, managing high-volume recruiting efforts. Jess Dallas has a strong background in HR and has successfully navigated various HR challenges throughout their career.

Jess Dallas, SHRM-CP (She/Her), completed their education at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2008 to 2011. Jess obtained a degree in Human Development with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2004, Jess attended Texas State University, although the specific degree and field of study are unspecified.

In addition to their educational background, Jess has obtained several certifications. Jess earned the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in August 2020. In June 2019, they obtained a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn. Most recently, in December 2021, Jess earned the SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty certification from SHRM.
