Kevin Beltran

Kevin Beltran has two years of work experience, starting with Bay Cities Paving & Grading in 2019. There, they worked as a Project Engineer, primarily focused on estimating and bidding for potential projects. Kevin used AGTEK to calculate cut and fill volumes, construction items, and demolition items. Kevin also used HeavyBid to organize item costs from subcontractors and developed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) packages. In 2021, Kevin joined CONSOR Engineers as an Engineering Designer, where they are currently employed.

Kevin Beltran attended California State University-Sacramento from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics.
