Mindy Shimanek

As Chief People Officer, Mindy drives the human resources function at CONSOR Engineers including employee engagement programs, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition and development in support of CONSOR’s continued growth, innovation, and productivity. She is passionate about building a culture that puts the needs of employees first and encourages entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork while working in tandem with senior leadership to streamline programs and processes and lay the foundation for continued growth. Mindy holds a BSBA and MBA and brings more than 25 years of operational experience in the engineering industry, including co-founding and serving as one of the primary principals for Structural Grace, Inc., a leading Arizona-based bridge design, construction management, and survey firm acquired by CONSOR in May 2019.
