Susanna Julber

Susanna Julber has extensive work experience in various senior roles and managerial positions. Susanna currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers and as a Senior Associate at Barney & Worth, Inc. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Senior Project & Policy Manager at the City of Bend from 2015 to 2022. Susanna also served as a Regional Solutions Coordinator at the Office of the Governor, State of Oregon, from 2015 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Central Oregon Field Representative for the Office of U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley from 2010 to 2014. Susanna also has experience as an Owner at Sage Land Use Services, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they worked as an Associate Planner at the City of Springfield, Oregon, from 1998 to 2005, and as an Assistant Planner/CDBG Program Manager at the City of Medford, OR, from 1997 to 1998.

Susanna Julber holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to their Master's degree, they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech: Telecommunications and Film from the University of Oregon between 1980 and 1988. In addition to their degrees, Susanna obtained the certification of Certified Planner (AICP) from the American Planning Association in July 2005.
