William (Billy) Adams, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering. Starting from 2003, they worked as a CECOP Intern at David Evans and Associates, Inc. for a period of six months. In 2004, they joined the City of Portland Water Bureau as a CECOP Intern for six months. From 2005 to 2016, they worked at CH2M HILL as a Roadway Engineer, specializing in collector and arterial roadway design, including roundabouts. William (Billy) managed multi-discipline design teams and developed pre-design alternative concepts for transportation improvement projects. In 2016, they moved to AKS Engineering and Forestry as a Civil Engineer for a year and a half. In 2018, they joined Murraysmith as a Civil Engineer, where they worked until the end of 2020. Currently, since 2021, they are employed as a Senior Civil Engineer at CONSOR Engineers.
From 2000 to 2005, William (Billy) Adams, P.E. pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering at Oregon State University.
