Hugo Silva Pineda

Hugo Silva Pineda currently serves as Jefe de Ingresos y Almacenamiento at CONECEL, a role held since August 2009, overseeing the reception and storage of local purchases and imports of infrastructure materials as well as the reverse logistics of removed materials from the cellular network. Previously, Hugo held positions including Lider Funcional SAP - FI, focusing on the implementation of EWM SAP and SAP overall, and Asistente de Activos Fijos, where responsibilities included asset registration, capitalizations, and conducting periodic inventories. Prior experience includes roles at Formas y Accesorios industria gráfica and CPA Norka Elizalde Macias as an Asistente Contable, with tasks that encompassed inventory management, financial statement analysis, and tax declarations. Hugo holds a degree in Engineering in Auditing and Accounting from Universidad Laica 'Vicente Rocafuerte de Guayaquil and completed SAP certification as a Consultant FI in 2017.
