Lily Izurieta

Lily Izurieta is the Founder and CEO of Ciavgroup, a virtual assistance company established in April 2016 that provides services in digital marketing, social customer care, social selling, administrative assistance, and personal assistance for entrepreneurs and freelancers. Concurrently, since February 2013, Lily has served as Supervisora Campañas Outbound at CONECEL, overseeing daily sales development and coordinating weekly meetings with external contact center suppliers. Previous roles include Facilitador de programa at Municipio Durán, Supervisora Canales Comerciales at Diners Club Ecuador, and Jefe de operaciones - División Tarjeta Directa at Almacenes Juan Eljuri. Lily holds a Master of Business Administration from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, and an Executive Master in Digital Marketing from IEBS Biztech School, complemented by degrees in Information Systems and Systems Analysis from the same institution.
