Ashley Mills has extensive experience in the field of actuarial services. Ashley most recently served as the Executive Director of Actuarial and Analytics at Consortium Health Plans since March 2020. Now a national coalition of 20 leading BCBS Plans, Consortium provides a clear and unified voice, as well as effective central coordination, for the Blue System among national accounts and the consultants and brokers who serve them.
