Nick Carpenter

Nick Carpenter is an experienced business development manager with a strong background in client services and education. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Consortra since October 2019, Nick previously held the same title at RWS for a brief period in early 2019. From May 2011 to December 2018, Nick was the Director of Client Services at Lionbridge Legal, focusing on translation services for the legal sector and managing key accounts across Europe. Prior to that, Nick owned and directed Nick's English Centre in Brazil, developing accredited English courses for students, and also worked as a self-employed English teacher, notably hired by Pelé to enhance their employees' English skills. Nick's career began at Clerical Medical as a Trainee Broker Consultant, where business relationships were cultivated. Educational achievements include an HND in Applied Consumer Studies from The University of Salford and studies at both Deben High School and St. Johns School in Cyprus.
