Matthew Scholl

Matthew Scholl is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment law, currently serving as a Partner at Constangy since May 2016. In this role, Matthew represents employers in complex wage and hour litigation, including class, collective, and representative PAGA actions, while also advising on compliance with California wage and hour regulations. Prior to this, Matthew worked as an attorney at Reily & Jeffery, Inc., and gained valuable experience as an extern with the United States District Court and as a summer associate at the Huntington Beach City Attorney's Office. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Theory from the University of California, Davis.
