Wade Potter

Wade Potter has over 30 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Wade started their career in 1990 as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and served until 1995. In 1996, they joined Trimec Aviation Inc as a shop custodian and later took on additional responsibilities as a panel puller. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Raytheon Aircraft Services Limited. Wade continued in the same role from 2000 to 2005 at Raytheon.

In 2008, Wade joined Constant Aviation as a Service Manager, then moved on to become a Regional Sales Director. Wade later became a Customer Project Manager from 2011 to 2013 before being promoted to General Manager until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Customer Experience Manager and is currently working as the Director of Interior Operations at Constant Aviation.

Wade Potter attended the International Aviation and Travel Academy from 1995 to 1996. Wade did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during their time at the academy. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Crowley High School from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they obtained an Airframe, Power Plant, or Repairer License from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1996.
