Sean Dodds

Sean Dodds is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in driving technical strategies and fostering alignment between engineering teams and business objectives. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Constant Contact since January 2020, Sean emphasizes results-driven approaches. Previous roles include Software Development Manager and Director of Software Development at OPIE Software, where Sean led a transformation from on-premise solutions to AWS cloud applications. At Vitera Healthcare Solutions, Sean spearheaded a team of architects to tackle complex technology challenges, while earlier at Sage, Sean championed Agile/Scrum practices and led the development of critical components for the Intergy EHR system. Sean holds a degree from the University of Florida, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
