Jordyn Sims Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of speech-language pathology and education. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Development at Constant Therapy Health, where they drove product development and expansion and coordinated external and internal research projects. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Clinical Operations at the same company, where they also analyzed data from the app to evaluate task efficacy. Jordyn also worked as a Clinical Consultant at Constant Therapy Health for six years.

Jordyn founded and currently serves as the Director of the Pierce Speech, Language, and Learning Center, which they established in 2020. In 2016, Jordyn enrolled in The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. This program lasted from 2016 to 2020.

Additionally, Jordyn has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate of Clinical Competence - CCC-SLP from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). In 2019, Jordyn became an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA. They also earned the credentials of a Speech Language Pathologist from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in September 2019, and from the State of Vermont in July 2022. Lastly, in November 2020, Jordyn received the qualification of a Speech Language Pathologist from the State of New York.
