Jennifer Steward

Jennifer Steward is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the asset management and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Investment Legal Counsel at Constanter since June 2023, Jennifer previously held prominent roles including Head of Legal for Asset Management Switzerland at Credit Suisse, where Jennifer led a team advising on complex investment transactions and corporate governance. Jennifer's career also includes roles at Standard Life Investments focusing on fund structuring and compliance, as well as positions at Man Investments, National Australia Bank, Blake Dawson, and Shaw McDonald, where Jennifer specialized in legal counsel across various financial products, corporate banking, and insolvency law. Jennifer holds a Master of Law and Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law from UNSW.
