Patricia Brizzio

Patricia Brizzio is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Constanter since October 2022, Patricia previously held the position of Director and Head of Value-Add at Credit Suisse from October 2016 to September 2022, overseeing international real estate funds. Prior to that, Patricia was a Senior Director at Tishman Speyer, managing multiple opportunity funds and joint ventures. Patricia began their career in architectural design and urban planning with Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP, contributing to significant projects across Asia, and has held various academic roles including a Teaching Associate position at Cornell University. Patricia holds a Master in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
