Simon Cusden

Simon Cusden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, crisis management, and sports leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Whole People Group, a crisis management consultancy focused on lived experiences, Simon is dedicated to enhancing organizational excellence through employee wellbeing. As a coach and speaker since 2016, Simon has worked with various organizations, including The Dare2Dream Foundation and Kinsey Sears. Previous roles include Master in Charge of Cricket at The Southport School and Director of Cricket at Knox Grammar School, as well as founding MyCoach Sports Australia. Additionally, Simon has held management positions, notably as General Manager at Urbanfoods Pty Ltd.
