Pilar Merino

Pilar Merino has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Pilar currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Constantia Flexibles since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Dirección de RRHH at SPB Seguros from July 2020 to February 2023, and at BP Oil from January 2017 to April 2020. Pilar also worked as the Jefe de RRHH at AMEC FOSTER WHEELER ENERGIA from March 2004 to December 2016. Before that, they held the role of Consultoría de Recursos Humanos at EURORESEARCH, S.A. from February 2002 to March 2004, and Técnico de Recursos Humanos at NORTEL NETWORKS from August 2000 to February 2002. Pilar began their career in the HR field as Selección at MADRITEL from May 1999 to August 2000, and at BANKINTER from March 1998 to April 1999.

Pilar Merino holds an MBA degree in business administration from ESIC Business & Marketing School, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. Pilar also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizations from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, obtained between 1994 and 1998. Pilar has further education and expertise in the field of Executive & team coaching from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
