Michał Burakowski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where innovation projects are supported through training and mentorship. Micha founded managination in July 2005, focusing on enhancing the software development landscape by making processes more dynamic and reliable. Previously held roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge. Micha has contributed to various advisory boards, including the IIB Council, and has extensive experience in blockchain technology through roles at Sweetbridge and SwissBorg. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a Fintech course at MIT.
