Kerstin Heldmaier

Kerstin Heldmaier has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2022. Kerstin has worked in various roles and industries, including film production, entertainment, management consulting, media, advertising, automotive, and banking. Their most recent role was as a PA to the Managing Director and Head of Production at Constantin Film. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant to the Director International and team at Blue Ocean Entertainment AG. Kerstin also has experience as a Management Assistant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and as an Assistant to the Management Team and PA to CFO/Assistant Business & Legal Affairs at all3media. Other roles include Executive Assistant at Jung von Matt, PA to Director Credit Operations Europe at Daimler AG, PA to CEO at UFA SERIAL DRAMA GmbH, PA to President, Vice President, and the Worldwide Drama team at FremantleMedia UK, and PA to Managing Director and two Vice Presidents at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, they have worked as an International Recruiting Assistant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Kerstin Heldmaier has a diverse education history. In 1993, they completed a three-year education program in Businesswoman for Office Communication at Vereinigte Volksbanken AG. In 1997-1998, they pursued further education at Akademie für Bürowirtschaft and obtained a diploma in Management Assistant.

In 2010, Kerstin attended Seminarzentrum Göttingen GmbH & Co. KG and received a diploma as a PR & Media Assistant. Kerstin also completed a PR-Concept program at Museum: The Picasso Story in Berlin.

In 2011, Kerstin enrolled in a three-month Filmmaking class at Medienwerkstatt Contra, as part of the Filmfestival Contravision. During this time, they gained skills and knowledge in directing, screenwriting, camera operation, and editing, culminating in the creation of a short film that premiered at the Babylon cinema in Berlin.

Continuing their education in the film industry, Kerstin attended Münchner Filmwerkstatt e.V. in 2019 to study Film Editing. The following year, they returned to the same institution to focus on Storyboard and Visual Storytelling.

In 2016, Kerstin pursued a certificate program in Project Management at bbw Hochschule.

Most recently, in 2021, Kerstin furthered their education in Marketing by completing a Content Marketing/Kompaktkurs at Marketing Fernakademie. Kerstin also obtained a degree in Digital Storytelling & Social Media from Point-PR.

Additionally, Kerstin has obtained several certifications, including Fokus! (Blinkist Kernaussagen), Kreative Ideen in 10 Minuten, and Social Media-Grundlagen: Business-Perspektive from LinkedIn in August 2021.
