Francisco Baena Cubero

Francisco Baena Cubero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data product management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Data Product Manager at Constella Intelligence since October 2020, Francisco oversees the corporate data strategy. Previously, Francisco held various positions, including Senior Technical Team Lead and Senior Java Software Engineer at 4IQ, and Senior Technical Team Lead at Celtiberian, where responsibilities included managing development teams and product functionalities. Francisco co-founded Forware Spain S.L. and contributed as Director of Engineering, also assuming roles at ISBAN and the Spanish Ministry of Defense. Francisco holds an engineering degree from Universidad de Granada, an MBA focused on internationalization from EOI Business School, and additional engineering credentials from CPE Lyon.
