Glen Caughell

Glen Caughell is a seasoned winemaker with extensive experience in the wine industry. Currently serving as Senior Winemaker at Constellation Brands since June 2018, Glen applies a multifaceted skill set that includes tracking wine compositions, overseeing inoculations, training harvest interns, and managing wine inventory. Prior experience includes roles as Winemaker at Central Coast Wine Services and Assistant Winemaker at Wild Horse Winery & Vineyards, where responsibilities encompassed both lab analysis and mentorship. Glen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Winemaking Certification from UC Davis Extension.
