Maggie Romanovich, CBP, APTD, serves as the Sr Director of Marketing Enablement in the Beer Division at Constellation Brands, a position held since July 2008. Romanovich has developed and implemented comprehensive learning strategies across various roles, including overseeing Constellation Academy and leading initiatives for talent development and sales technology tools. With extensive experience in training and development, Romanovich has managed successful onboarding programs, vendor relationships, and change management initiatives.
