Rafael Gosser

Rafael Gosser currently serves as Site Lead - Director of Cellar and Maintenance Operations at Constellation Brands since August 2022, following an extensive career at Eli Lilly and Company from July 2013 to August 2022, where roles included Associate Director of API Operations, Associate Director of Operational Readiness, Associate Director of Maintenance, Sr. Process Control Engineer, Sr. Operations Associate, Process Engineer on a short-term assignment, and Process Engineer.
