Surinder Bains

Surinder Bains is an experienced professional with a focus on program management and product development. Currently serving as Senior Global PMO Program Lead at Constellation Brands since October 2017, Surinder Bains drives global new product development programs and Stage Gate Processes, contributing to the company's 2030 strategic growth objectives. Prior to this, Surinder Bains held the position of PMO Lead at The Clorox Company from April 2007 to October 2017, where responsibilities included defining project management governance processes and creating product roadmaps. Surinder Bains holds qualifications in Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, project management, and talent management, and is certified in Myers Briggs. Education was completed at the National University of Singapore.
