Matthew Fuller

Matthew Fuller is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food service management. Currently serving as the Area General Manager for Constellation Culinary Group since November 2018, Matthew has successfully implemented a large-scale prepared foods program, significantly increased catering sales, and developed innovative operational initiatives, including online ordering and self-checkout systems.
