Clinton Hooper

Clinton Hooper, M.A.Ed, CPTD, currently serves as the Organization Effectiveness Manager and Maintenance and Technical Training Manager at Constellation, where responsibilities include leading oversight and assessment activities for six accredited maintenance and technical training programs and conducting causal investigations to address performance gaps. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor of Maintenance Training at Entergy, overseeing instructional staff and ensuring compliance with training protocols, as well as serving as a Senior Technical Instructor and Instructional Technologist, conducting needs analyses, and developing training for Instrumentation and Controls personnel. Clinton's background also includes significant experience as an Instructor and Master Training Specialist at the US Navy Nuclear A-School, with extensive training delivery on electrical theory and I&C equipment, alongside supervisory roles on the USS George Bush and other Navy positions focused on maintenance and operational oversight. Clinton holds a Master of Arts in Education from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
