Giselle Gamble

Giselle Gamble is an experienced professional with a robust background in talent management and innovation within the nuclear and pharmaceutical industries. As the Talent & Leadership Programs Manager at Constellation since June 2022, Giselle has honed expertise in developing leadership programs. Prior to this role, Giselle held various positions at Exelon Nuclear, including Innovation Manager, where the effective implementation of innovation initiatives led to significant cost reductions and performance improvements. Key accomplishments include leading cross-discipline training programs and managing critical operations during reactor refueling. Giselle also served as a Process Engineer at Pfizer, contributing to the training of plant operators. Academically, Giselle holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, supplemented by a certification in the Certified Innovation Mentor Program from the University of Notre Dame.
