Jeffrey Schmitz

Jeffrey Schmitz currently serves in Performance Improvement for Nuclear at Constellation since January 2024, focusing on enhancing nuclear performance and promoting safety and efficiency. Previously, Jeffrey held multiple positions at Navistar Inc from September 2016 to June 2023, including Portfolio Manager for Learning & Development, Process Lead as a Business Development Consultant in Customer Service, Technician Support Analyst, and Repair Advocate. Prior to that, Jeffrey was a Team Lead and Heavy Duty Mechanic in the U.S. Army from October 2013 to September 2016. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Technical Systems Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Management & Training and Development from Lewis University.
