Joyce Rigsby has extensive experience in compensation and human resources, having worked in various roles at companies such as Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and Columbian Chemicals Company. Currently serving as the Vice President Compensation at Constellation, Joyce oversees the design, administration, and communication of compensation programs for various business units. With a BS in Human Resources Management from Brenau University, Joyce brings a wealth of knowledge in executive compensation, financial analysis, and program benchmarking to their roles.
