Lacy Durham

Lacy Durham is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in benefits and compensation. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Constellation since July 2022, Lacy previously held the role of Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP from October 2007 to August 2022. Lacy's involvement in the legal field also includes leadership as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association from August 2015 to August 2016 and experience as a Benefits Advisor at the US Department of Labor-EBSA. Earlier career roles include Law Clerk at Entergy Services, Inc. and In Charge Auditor at Little & Associates, CPAs. Lacy holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from SMU Dedman School of Law, a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
