Marc Jenkins

Marc Jenkins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations, management consulting, and academic instruction. Currently serving as the Chief of Legal Staff and Director of Legal Operations at Constellation since May 2024, Jenkins has held significant positions at various organizations including Managing Director and Of Counsel at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, Director of Legal Data & Technology Solutions at Breakwater Solutions, and Director of Legal Operations at Asurion. Jenkins has also contributed to academia as a faculty member at the PoLI Institute at Vanderbilt Law and as an adjunct professor of law at Vanderbilt University. With a strong educational foundation from Vanderbilt University Law School, the University of Alabama, and the University of Mississippi, Jenkins possesses expertise in electronic discovery, information governance, and legal technology, effectively driving operational efficiencies and advocating for clients throughout a diverse career.
