Previously, Timothy held roles such as Compliance Program Manager at Stantec, where a patented environmental management system was developed, and Environmental Compliance Manager at First Wind, where a comprehensive system was designed for multiple operating wind farms. Timothy's extensive background includes managing environmental permits for major transmission lines at Vermont Electric Power Company and advising on compliance at TRC Consulting. Timothy holds a J.D. and a Master’s in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Colgate University.
