Todor Andonov

Todor Andonov is a Senior Scrum Master at Constellation, where leadership is provided to two scrum teams, along with coaching on agile principles and guidance to other scrum masters. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., HireWorks, and Maya Partners, as well as a Business Analyst at Kwik Trip, Inc. Notably, Todor co-founded ADG and contributed as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst for various projects, including the Connected IoT project. An educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Biology from Luther College, obtained in 2019.
