Katarina Siber Makar

Katarina Siber Makar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katarina currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Constellation Software Inc., a position they have held since February 2021. Katarina previously held the same role from February 2020 to February 2021.

Prior to their current position, Katarina worked at IN2 Group, starting in 2016. Katarina held multiple roles at IN2 Group, including CEO from January 2018 to February 2020, Chief Digital Officer and Member of the Board from June 2016 to January 2018, and Supervisory Board Member from February 2020 to present.

Katarina is also involved in various supervisory board positions. Katarina is currently a Supervisory Board Member at Halcom d.d., SVAM plus, Libusoft Cicom d.o.o., MCS Grupa, and INSITE d.o.o., starting in 2021 and continuing to the present.

Prior to joining IN2 Group, Katarina worked at Deutsche Telekom as the EU Vice President for e-Transformation from August 2013 to April 2016. Before that, they held multiple roles at Croatian Telecom, including eCompany Operating Director from October 2012 to May 2014, Operating Director of Business and Information Systems from January 2011 to August 2013, Director of Enterprise Support Systems Development and Integration in 2010, and T-mobile IT Director in 2009.

Katarina's earliest work experience was at PLIVA, where they held various IT roles, including Barr Pharmaceuticals Global IT Director from April 2007 to December 2008, IT Director for Customer Specific Solutions from January 2005 to March 2007, Director of International Corporate Project Knowledge Management from September 2002 to December 2004, and End User Support Associate, Application Developer, and Project Management from June 2000 to August 2002.

Katarina Siber Makar holds a B.Sc.E.E. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Zagreb. Katarina also earned a Master's degree in Finance from the same institution. Additionally, they attended the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb.
