Kimrey Davis Tefft

Kimrey Davis Tefft is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Constellation West since September 2024, Kimrey also founded and holds the position of CEO at True Team since April 2011. Previously, Kimrey was Chief People Officer at Diaconia from October 2020 to September 2024, focusing on delivering transformative technology and management consulting solutions. Kimrey's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Director of HR and Multi-Property Director of Human Resources at Marriott Vacation Club International from March 2006 to April 2011, as well as various senior leadership positions in HR, training, operations, and marketing at Marriott International from September 1992 to March 2006. Kimrey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations/HR from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and pursued further education at Duke University.
