Melinda Schneider

Melinda Schneider has extensive experience in operational support and military leadership, currently serving in the Operational Support Team at Constellation West since June 2018. As a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy Reserve since April 2009, Melinda manages personnel for a 160+ member Joint Military Command, facilitating communication between enlisted personnel and the Commanding Officer while overseeing administrative evaluations and training. Previous roles include IP Specialist at Howard and Howard, Litigation Paralegal at the Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz, and Document Review Paralegal at d. Diversified Services, showcasing a strong legal foundation. Melinda's earlier experience in loss prevention and military police roles further enriches a diverse skill set. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University and bachelor's and associate's degrees in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Madonna University and Macomb Community College, respectively.
