Christine Dummel

Christine Dummel has extensive experience in personnel development and training, currently serving as Manager of Personnel Development and Training at Constellium since October 2001. Prior to this role, Christine worked as a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Leadership at IHK Hochrhein-Bodensee from January 2009 to January 2020, conducting lectures, classes, and workshops for various certificate programs. Additionally, Christine taught preparation courses for industrial clerks at the University of Konstanz and held positions as an accounts clerk and university cashier. Christine's career began as a goldsmith at Meister GmbH from July 1990 to August 1995. Academically, Christine holds a professional degree in Human Resources and has completed further training in office management and goldsmithing.
