Emilie Lae is a seasoned professional in the aluminum industry, currently serving as the Decarbonization Project Manager at Constellium since January 2023, where responsibilities include leading group decarbonization projects and managing carbon accounting and external disclosures. Prior to this role, Emilie worked as an R&D Project Manager at C-TEC Constellium Technology Center from September 2016 to December 2022, overseeing the development of aluminum rolled products and collaborating with European customers on co-development projects.
