Sylvain Lefauconnier

Sylvain Lefauconnier is an experienced project manager and consultant with a robust background in managing sensitive corporate and multi-site projects. Currently serving as a Project Director, Capex Gate Keeper, and PMO at Constellium since July 2021, Sylvain focuses on auditing capex projects, providing evaluations and recommendations, while enhancing project management culture across the organization. Previously, as the Founder and CEO of SL CAIRN, Sylvain specialized in project recovery and industrial crisis management. Additional roles include freelance project management consultancy, co-founder and CEO of Daikit, and extensive project management positions at Rio Tinto Alcan, CEGELEC, and Technip. Sylvain holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon.
