Vincent Miranda-Cruz

Vincent Miranda-Cruz is a dedicated customer service professional with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at the Constitutional Tax Collector for Palm Beach County since July 2021, Vincent has previously held positions in the Army National Guard as a canon crew member from December 2015 to December 2021, and as a Customer Experience Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from November 2020 to July 2021. Prior experience also includes a role in Replenishment at Michaels Arts & Crafts from October 2017 to November 2020. Vincent holds an Associate of Science degree in Motion Picture Technology with a concentration in Digital Animation from Palm Beach State College, earned between February 2019 and February 2021.
