VP Of Product

As the VP of Product, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and drive Constrafor’s growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, a deep understanding of user-centric design, and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced startup environment.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with the Constrafor’s goals and market opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development and decision-making.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.

📈 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in an early-stage tech startup environment
• Strong understanding of market trends
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling innovative products
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically while managing the details of execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user experience and design principles
