Iñaki Martínez Pagalday

Iñaki Martínez Pagalday serves as the Corporate Head of Compliance and a member of the Compliance Committee at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) since December 2016. In this role, Iñaki oversees the overall Corporate Compliance System, managing key areas such as Business Ethics, Crime Prevention, Competition Law, and Market Abuse, while leading a team of lawyers both at the headquarters and across various business units. Prior to joining CAF, Iñaki worked as a Senior Associate at Garrigues from September 2008 to December 2016. Iñaki holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and a Licenciatura in Law from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
