Javier Rabade

Javier Rabade is an experienced professional in the field of technology and safety systems, currently serving as the Technology Department Manager and Head of Mass Transit R&D at CAF Signalling since September 2012. Prior to this role, Javier held the position of CBTC Technical Manager at EliopSeinalia for a brief period in 2012 and served as the Safety Manager at Invensys Rail Dimetronic from 1996 to 2012. Javier's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Safety Critical Systems Engineering from the University of York, a postgraduate scholarship from the Barrie Foundation, and an Industrial Engineering degree specializing in Electronics and Automation from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
